Hotels in Madrid

Madrid has a wide range of hotels with different prices and categories, a lot of them nice places to stay. There are a lot of choices depending on the purpose of your visit (job, leisure, or a combination of both), the location you´ll prefer, the moment of the visit…

At the Downtown/Historical Area (the most interesting if you come in a leisure trip), there is a great offer: starting from hostels like “The Hat” (with multiple shared rooms or private rooms for 2) or Boutique hostels like “TOC Hostel” with similar type of rooms; some of the hotels of the “Petit Palace” chain have multiple rooms for groups or families up to 6 persons ; “Posada del Dragón” and “Posada del León de Oro” are 2 small and really nice hotels placed in old typical buildings at Cava Baja street; “Room Mate” hotel chain has several hotels in Madrid, one of them is “Oscar” and its famous roof terrace; There are great hotels with few rooms like “Cool Rooms Atocha”; Other are placed in old palaces like the “NH Collection Palacio de los Condes de Tepa”, and the more luxury (and more expensive as well) “Gran Melia Palacio de los Duques”.

Outside the historical part of the city I can recommend “Puerta America” hotel, in which every floor has been decorated by a famous different architect, and with a great roof terrace to eat and drink something at night; Another hotel is “Silken Puerta Madrid” located in one of the 4 towers at Paseo de la Castellana.

There are hotels with Spa, hotels with roof terraces and sights, with Michelin starred restaurants, Boutique hotels, and more. Many different options to choose from.  If you have any question or you would like me to assist you with your reservations and trip, please contact me at
